Hello. I am marmalade from Japan. I am glad you like Takoyaki.
Have you tried Yakisoba yet? It is a kind of stir-fried noodles with no soup.
I tried Vietnam noodles pho before but I couldn't eat rau mùi much, so I had to get rid of them.
I hope I will learn more about Vietnam food.

I like Takoyaki a lot, but I don't know is there any difference between Takoyaki in Vietnam and in Japan or not.
By the way, last night I ate Takoyaki at a street fair food and it's also very good ^^
About Vietnam noodles pho, I'm a Vietnamese but I can't eat rau mùi either so I just eat the noodes with soup only, no vegetables.
